payment will be sent to me in full after i send a rough sketch , once everything is adjusted to your liking and payment is sent then I’ll go ahead and start!

full refunds will only be done if I’m still in the beginning stages of drawing. full refunds are not permitted when im fully finished or 90% finished

if a refund happens when im about 50% done with a drawing , then half of the payment will be refunded
